IBM's "Rookie of the Year" in his first year out of college, he fashioned a successful Fortune 500 career including a year-long stint at Trump Place in New York City. Randy "VISION MAPPED" his success again with an acting, modeling, and voice-over career. Experimenting with his own ideas he ran a successful fitness business in New Orleans, a landscaping company in the Caribbean and a real estate association in New York.

It was during this productive time that he began to perfect his strategic planning technique he called "VISION MAPPING" which he has used with clients to triple income, create new businesses, increase profits, and get into the work they love. His book, VISION MAPPING is due out soon.
